Real Estate Agent (Thai National)

Location: Bangkok (Sukhumvit & Sathorn Areas)

We are currently seeking an experienced Thai Real Estate Agent to join our agency. In this role, you will assist both expatriates and Thai clients in finding the perfect apartment, condominium, or house in Bangkok. Your responsibilities include conducting property searches, preparing curated lists of suitable homes, coordinating viewings, and guiding clients through every step of the rental or purchasing process.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in the Bangkok property market while working with an established and reputable agency.

What We Are Looking For

Thai National
Strong sales background, ideally 3–5 years of experience
In-depth knowledge of the Bangkok real estate market
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
Strong negotiation skills
Positive attitude and professional mindset
Ability to work under pressure and function independently
Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach
Creative problem-solving skills
Must have own transportation
